We’ve already aligned a stellar creative team with over thirty years of experience in the wedding market so you will get top-notch design and service for a fraction of the cost.

VIRTUAL LIVE STREAMING

We’re here to help you make sure no one has to miss out. We’ll set up a custom link for your wedding so you can invite your friends and family around the globe to join you virtually from the safety of their own homes.

We know making a commitment in times of uncertainty can be unsettling and we don’t want our couples to be concerned about taking this risk. We will follow the CDC and local state guidelines to the fullest.

A Mini Wedding is for the couple who wants a little more than just a short and sweet event and is looking to celebrate this year with an intimate reception. The Event Planner Mini Wedding includes your ceremony, cocktail hour, and an intimate dinner with meal service. With this package you get more personalized details, high-end design, and a photoshoot worthy tablescape with a more intimate atmosphere and streamlined approach. Maybe you’ve decided to postpone your big celebration, but still want to get married and celebrate with those closest to you this year. You shouldn’t have to wait. Love isn’t cancelled and your wedding vows shouldn’t be either.

The Micro Wedding is for the couple who still wants to have their wedding ceremony this year with a small group of select friends and family members, while still planning to host a larger celebration next year.

The Event Planner will take care of all the details, curating your team, and designing a memorable experience… and you get married! We are so excited to help you celebrate with a ceremony and brief reception complete with cake and champagne. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MINI-POCKET WEDDING & A POCKET WEDDING?

A Mini-Pocket Wedding wedding is a more streamlined event with a 15 minute ceremony and 1 hour mini-reception plus photo session. A Pocket Wedding has up to a 30 minute ceremony then up to 3 hour cocktail hour and reception, but also includes beautifully personalized decor incorporating your primary color. A Pocket Wedding is a step in between a Mini-Pocket Wedding and a standard wedding.

ARE POCKET WEDDINGS THE SAME AS AN ELOPEMENT? 

Traditionally, an elopement is just for the couple without family or friends involved. Although you can use a Pocket Wedding to elope, the vision for Pocket Weddings comes from the desire to celebrate with a small and intimate group now.

WHAT DATES AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?

We will continue to release dates and venue options as they come available. We will have time slots available for each date. 

CAN WE USE OUR OWN OFFICIANT?

Absolutely! If you don’t have an officiant in mind we provide one for you, however, if you have someone special you would like to use you are more than welcome to use them instead.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?

No. Champagne or sparking cider will be provided as part of your reception toast but no other outside food or beverages are permitted.

WILL MULTIPLE WEDDINGS BE GOING ON AT ONE TIME?

No. You are sharing the venue and creative team with a few other couples, but your time slot is reserved just for you. 

I ALREADY BOUGHT DECOR. CAN I USE IT AT MY POCKET WEDDING?

Of course! We will be happy to decorate with your decor to make it even more special! All decor must be provided at least one week prior to your wedding and must be collected by you or your designated person at the conclusion of your wedding.

I HAVE A LOVED ONE THAT PASSED AWAY AND WILL NOT BE AT MY WEDDING. HOW CAN I INCORPORATE THEM?

We are happy to set up a memory table to honor your loved one(s) with your provided 5x7 framed photos, so that they can be included in your special day!

WHAT KIND OF SEND OFF WILL I HAVE?

You can choose from bubbles, petals, ribbon streamers or bells. Due to fire hazard and venue rules, we do not allow sparklers. 

WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

We are happy to accommodate any special dietary restrictions for you or your guests. Please notify us of this when making your food/cake selections.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HAVE?

Mini-Pocket Weddings can accommodate up to 30 people in attendance including the bride, groom & wedding party. Pocket Weddings can have up to 50 people in attendance including the bride, groom & wedding party*

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost will vary slightly based on venue, however, our goal is for Pocket Weddings to fall between $8500-$10,500 per couple.and Mini-Pocket Weddings between $3,500 - $4,500 per couple.

WILL I BE INVOLVED IN SELECTING THE FLOWERS AND DECOR FOR A MICRO WEDDING?

The beauty of a Pocket Wedding or Mini-Pocket Wedding is that this is all done for you by a team of leading creative partners. This allows you to streamline the process and focus on everything else you have on your plate right now. All you need to do is notify your guests, select your attire and write your vows…we handle the rest. You will get to choose your ceremony music, speak with the wedding officiant so he/she can get to know you, and select the flavor of your wedding cake! For a Pocket Weddings we still streamline the process, but give our clients a few more personalized options.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?

We want to make this as stress free as possible. And we understand that the current situation has everyone concerned about contracts. We are hopeful that with the small guest counts they will be able to proceed as planned. Our policy will follow CDC and local state guidelines. 

CAN WE DO A POCKET WEDDING ON OUR ORIGINAL WEDDING DATE?

The pricing structure for any Pocket Wedding is based on the model of sharing your date and vendor team. We can of course create something just for you on your original intended date, contact us for custom package pricing.
